Carers Wellness Day

Carers Wellness Day is a day especially for unpaid carers - make a date with yourself and come along for a day of wellness and time out.
Recharge with a taste of meditation, yoga, massage, Zumba, art and craft and a cooking demonstration. The iDareU resource library will also be on site for anyone looking for disability services and information.
Lunch will be provided. This is a collaborative event between EACH, iDareU and Yarrunga Community Centre.

Find out how easy it is to embrace new processes and ideas to achieve inclusion! This workshop is for decision makers involved with Local Community Organisations and Groups.
IE: Community Houses, local sporting groups, local interest groups, local creative arts groups.......
- Learn what the 'invisible' disabilities are
- Understand of the definition of disability
- Learn why organisations don’t traditionally include People with
- Disabilities (PWD)
- Gain simple and inexpensive ideas to take back to your
- organisation to implement
- Learn how to make your organisation more accessible (not just physically)
