Pilates Bums & Tums
An all levels Pilates class with a focus on engaging the muscles of the Powerhouse: abs, glutes, and back. Pilates is low impact exercise, but you can expect to get a little sweaty and to have some fun.
No special equipment required, but you might like a towel underneath you in case you get sweaty.
Jannine Gearon is qualified in Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Aerial Yoga and has been teaching on the Gold Coast since 2013. She believes that we are all built to move, that our relationship with our bodies is an important one. Yoga offers us a deeper connection to self, uniting Body, Mind and Spirit.
